Message from the Founder
My career started in field service, working as a pest control technician before moving into outside sales. I loved the freedom of the road, meeting people face-to-face, and learning how to listen and present solutions that really helped. But I also saw how messy and overwhelming the business side of sales and service could be — leads slipping through the cracks, missed follow-ups, and too much time wasted on paperwork.
That experience shaped everything I’ve done since. In 2010, I founded Ascend Business Growth to help companies solve those exact problems with smarter systems. Over the past 15 years, I’ve specialized in HubSpot CRM, automation, and now AI-powered tools — always with the same goal: making it easier for service-driven businesses to grow with confidence.
At my core, I believe in building systems — for businesses and for communities — that create lasting impact. Ascend is one way I get to do that, and I’m grateful for every business that trusts me to help them move forward.
