Why Women

Women owners represent less than 1% of marketing agencies. (What's the real number? It would be interesting to know!) The gender disparity is enormous. A supportive community can help bridge the gap more quickly.

Reach every HubSpot woman agency owner in the next 90 days.

Help each woman agency owner tier up in 2025.

Foster at least five strategic collaborations among members within six months.

Increase representation of women as thought leaders in the HubSpot ecosystem through content, events, and speaking engagements.

Establish a recognized and trusted network that attracts and supports more women agency owners.

Provide mentorship and business development resources to help women scale beyond the founder-led model.

About The Founder

(Except that's not my boat, nor do I have one. But I love hanging out with friends if they want to take me out! 🚤😁)

I’ve been diving into the history of the suffragettes and other incredible women who paved the way for us. Their fight for women’s voices to be heard was extraordinary, and it’s up to us to not only preserve that progress but to build on it.

In November 2024, I started a non-profit called Michigan Women! I envision a Michigan where women and girls are informed, engaged, and empowered to participate in local governance and advocacy.

Funny enough, I didn’t start this group with a grand plan—it felt like it just materialized one late, cold January night!

It all started when my PDM, Justin Kallberg, said getting more involved in the HS community was a key strategy Chris Barnet used to grow his agency. As I searched for a space that truly resonated with me, nothing quite fit.

And Voila! The HubSpot Women Agency Owners Group was born. It wasn’t something I had plotted out, but it aligns perfectly with my passion for supporting women, just like Michigan Women. So, here we are! 😊

I am very excited to see what kind of impact we can make if we have a tighter network!
